The official tests of U.S. Figure Skating may be taken by all figure skaters who are members of a member club and individual members who are currently registered with U.S. Figure Skating and are otherwise qualified under these rules, as well as by members of the ISU.

You will need the following documents for a Virtual Test Session. Read them carefully and pay attention to the details:
- Virtual Testing Video Requirements
- Affadavit for Virtual Test Submission
- Name and Likeness Release Consent
- Test Permission from home club (if not a member of Bolton FSC) – contact your home club for this document
Video and paperwork may be submitted through the DropBox invitation you will receive (via email) AFTER registering OR through the skater’s video sharing platform of choice (One Drive, Drop Box, Google Drive, etc.) to sfrarie@yahoo.com
Testers are responsible for arranging their own ice, videographer and proctor AND for submitting their own video, affadavit, release, and (if not a Bolton FSC member) permission to test form.
